How long does it take?
About 15 minutes, and we quote that as a floor rather than a promise. You get a live estimate on the status page while it runs, and an email the moment the report is ready — you do not have to keep the tab open.
Why does the download link expire after 7 days?
Your report is about an idea you have not submitted yet, so it sits in private storage rather than on a public URL, and the link we send is a signed one that expires. 7 days is the maximum lifetime those links can have. The exact date is printed in the email and on the download page, and we send a reminder on day five if you have not downloaded it. Save the PDF once and it is yours. We keep our copy for 90 days, so if something goes wrong after the link dies, write to us and we can still help.
What is the refund policy?
Your deck is checked before you are charged, so you cannot pay for a file we were never going to be able to read. After that: if the report fails to generate, or never reaches you, you get the full ₹99 back — write to us and we refund it without an argument. What we will not refund is a report you disagree with. It is a review, and a review sometimes says the thing you were hoping it would not. That is what you paid for.
Does this write my slides for me?
No, and deliberately not. It reads the deck your team has already built and tells you what a juror will see in it — where a claim is not supported, which tool on your stack is heavier than the job needs, and the questions you cannot currently answer. Every word on your slides stays yours. Colleges are actively policing AI-generated submission material this season, and a feedback report on your own work is a different thing from a deck somebody else wrote.
What if my deck is not 6 slides?
We check the file before payment and tell you what is wrong, and no money changes hands. The official template runs to six content slides plus the instructions slide at the end — if you have left that last one in, that is fine, we ignore it.
